Which smartphones will initially get Android 10 update? How to find out if the dependent system update has arrived? Maybe come on, how to install it?
Android 10 has just been released. After months of anticipation and wait, Google has finally rolled out the next update of its mobile operating system.
As of now, Android 10 OS is available for download on select smartphones. This includes all eight Google Pixel smartphones (Pixel, Pixel XL, Pixel 2, Pixel 2 XL, Pixel 3, Pixel 3 XL, Pixel 3a and Pixel 3a XL) and Andy Rubin’s Essential Smartphones.
In addition, the OnePlus 7 and OnePlus 7 Pro smartphones launched by the Chinese smartphone maker earlier this year are also getting the new Android 10 update “at the very beginning”. Click this link to read the list of smartphones that receive Android 10 update.
The Pixel and Essential smartphones are the only smartphones in the market to receive the standard version of the Android 10 operating system. Specifically on the Pixel 3A and Pixel 3A XL smartphones, Android 10 is available as a 1188.8MB update.
If you own a Pixel smartphone and want to upgrade your smartphone from Android 9 to Android 10, there are chances of getting a “heavier” update of 1.2 GB. However, if you haven’t seen or received the Android 10 update on your Pixel smartphone yet, it’s a good idea to manually update.
